Organ donation is a process where a person can donate an organ, a part of an organ or tissues to another person for the purpose of transplantation. One organ donation can impact dozens of life. There are two types of donors:-

  • Living donor: – Living donors can donate a kidney, or a portion of the liver, intestine, lungs or pancreas. Generally, these donors are a close family member or any individual who have closely matched the blood type of the patient.
